Registration Info:
  • A $200 (non-refundable) registration fee is required at registration. An MDO shirt is included with your registration fee (does not apply to summer).
  • Second child discount of 10% will be applied.
  • A $200 (non-refundable) supply fee will be due on/before the 1st day of school in August.
Items Needed for Registration:
  • A completed registration packet which is available by contacting MDO Director.
  • A copy of your child's immunization certificate or copy of immunization waiver.
  • A $150 (non-refundable) registration fee.

School Year Session Days/Times:
August - May
4 days: Monday - Thursday
2 days: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
