Registration Info:
  • A $150 (non-refundable) registration fee is required at registration.
  • Class placement is based on the child's age as of September 30th.
  • Second child discount of 10% will be applied.
  • A $200 (non-refundable) supply fee will be due on/before the 1st day of school in August.
Items Needed for Registration:
  • A completed registration packet which is available by contacting MDO Director.
  • A copy of your child's immunization certificate or copy of immunization waiver.
  • A $150 (non-refundable) registration fee.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

$375/month
