Registration Info:
- A $200 (non-refundable) registration fee is required at registration. An MDO shirt is included with your registration fee (does not apply to summer).
- Second child discount of 10% will be applied.
- A $200 (non-refundable) supply fee will be due on/before the 1st day of school in August.
Items Needed for Registration:
- A completed registration packet which is available by contacting MDO Director.
- A copy of your child's immunization certificate or copy of immunization waiver.
- A $150 (non-refundable) registration fee.
